Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your Arcade Sky Dude account and all associated data, you can request account deletion at any time.

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your email address
  • Your user ID
  • Game progress
  • High scores
  • Stars and energy balance
  • Purchase verification data

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to nexlynotepad@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Send the email from the same email address used in the game.

Once we receive your request, we will verify the email and permanently delete your account and game data.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually completed within 7 business days.

Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
